Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Referrer must be an existing patient of Potter Dental. Referred friend must be a new patient.
How to Redeem: The referred friend must state the full name of the referring patient when booking or checking in for their first appointment. Referrals cannot be applied retroactively.
Discount: A $25 discount is applied to the referrer’s account (for future use) and to the referred friend’s first paid appointment invoice after the referred friend completes and pays for their first appointment (excluding free consults).
Details: Discount has no cash value, is non-transferable, and applies only to services at Potter Dental. Cannot be combined with certain other offers. Limit one $25 referral discount per invoice. Potter Dental reserves the right to modify or end this program at any time. Discount credit for referrer valid for 12 months.
